Justin Forte

Justin Forte is the Chief Executive Officer of INDATEL Services, a member-owned, privately held fiber Ethernet and internet provider, serving primarily rural and suburban areas across 44 states in the United States. With a robust network of over 700 independent broadband providers, INDATEL includes statewide middle-mile companies, independent LECs, and utility companies offering clients access to unique fiber assets. As CEO, Justin Forte is dedicated to simplifying the customer experience while delivering exceptional service.

Before stepping into the role of CEO, Justin Forte served as President of MyTRA Consulting, where he led a team committed to empowering clients through data-driven consulting and mentorship services. His leadership at MyTRA was rooted in client intimacy, fairness, entrepreneurial passion, and innovation, consistently challenging the status quo and driving business success.

Justin Forte also held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at INDATEL Services from 2016 to 2021. During this time, he optimized the company’s sales and marketing operations, driving cultural transformation, enhancing cross-functional team communications, and refining the product roadmap to align with annual business strategies.

Most of his career, Justin served has worked software and technology, where he consulted with carriers, enterprises and governments in digital transformation.

Justin Forte holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Newman University and has completed advanced courses in Human Relations at the University of Central Missouri.
